The principle is very simple. Themselves specify a list of tasks or exercises that we have to fulfill, and the app takes care of the rest. In the training mode, the principle is the same except that instead of dialing items are available for certain exercises. The application currently supports three exercises: push-ups, pull-ups and squats, and running.
